Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon pimento pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper
  • 1/4 pound medium or sharp cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Combine soup, milk, onion, and green pepper in a saucepan and place over low heat.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add cooked chicken, macaroni, and margarine to the mixture.
  5. Blend all ingredients together.
  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
