Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • parsley
  • crackers

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs finely and mince the onion very finely.
  2. Combine the shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped eggs, and minced onion in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise gradually until the mixture is firm enough to form into a ball.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball, then sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers.
