Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh beans or 1 package frozen beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans until tender.
