Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 strip turkey bacon, cut in half and cooked
  • 1 egg white, cooked
  • 1 slice no fat or low-fat cheese

Instructions

  1. Split English muffin and toast lightly.
  2. If I am in a hurry, I do not toast.
  3. Place half a slice of cheese on each side.
  4. Add turkey bacon and cooked egg white.
  5. Put halves together.
  6. If you want to take it with you, wrap it up and microwave later for about 30 seconds.
  7. The cheese will melt and it is great.
  8. It does not have as much as the competitive brand.
