Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pound fried sausage, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2.5 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 slices bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Place bread cubes in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan or glass baking dish.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, fried sausage, mustard, and grated cheddar cheese together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes in the pan.
  4. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until the casserole is firm.
