Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the following order: chopped lettuce, chopped celery, chopped onions (optional), chopped green peppers, drained peas, fried and crumbled bacon.
  2. Spread Miracle Whip evenly over the layered ingredients.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Chill before serving if desired.
