Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes of baking, add shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake for the remaining 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
