Ingredients

  • 16 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 10 oz. can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 can onion rings

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
  2. Add ground beef, mushroom soup, tomatoes, green pepper, and mushrooms to the macaroni and mix well.
  3. Spread half of the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the remaining mixture over the cheese layer.
  6. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese and the can of onion rings.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
