Noodle Medley
A hearty noodle medley with savory ground beef, fresh vegetables, and flavorful seasonings, perfect for a comforting family meal or casual gathering.

Instructions
- Brown ground beef in 2 tablespoons of fat.
- Add chopped onion, green pepper, and sliced celery.
- Cook slowly until the vegetables are still crunchy, but not overcooked.
- Add uncooked fillets, canned tomatoes, red kidney beans, mushrooms, seasoned salt, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
- Stir until well blended.
- Cover the skillet and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve hot. The mixture can also be put into a casserole after boiling and baked at 350°F until fillets are done, or frozen to bake later.
