Ingredients

  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. warm water (105~ to 110~)
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups warm potato water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dry nonfat milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 to 5 cups flour
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
  2. When yeast is foamy, mix it with 4 tablespoons of melted margarine, potato water, sugar, salt, dry milk, eggs, and 4 cups of flour.
  3. Mix until a ragged dough forms, adding flour as needed.
