  • 1/2 red bell pepper, shredded fine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and peppers.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, peppers, and chopped onion.
