Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ and baking soda.
- Set aside.
- In blender, combine eggs, banana, honey, water and vanilla.
- Pour over dry ingredients; stir in the walnuts and raisins.
- Mix well.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
