Ingredients

  • 10 to 15 chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups oil

Instructions

  1. Mix egg and milk together and coat chicken wings with the mixture.
  2. Place flour in a bag, add 2 to 3 chicken wings at a time, and coat thoroughly.
  3. Heat oil and cook the coated wings until brown and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Place cooked wings into the sauce mixture and coat thoroughly.
  6. Remove wings from sauce and serve.
