Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well to incorporate all components.
  3. In a separate bowl, fold milk into beaten eggs.
  4. Then fold the egg and milk mixture into the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
