Escalloped Zucchini

Instructions
- Slice zucchini in 1/4-inch pieces.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Top each with 1 slice onion and tomato.
- Melt butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, covered.
- Uncover.
- Place sliced Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Mix remaining melted butter with bread crumbs and drizzle over cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes more.
