Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 pkg. orange jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add marshmallows to the lime jello mixture.
  3. Cover and let cool.
  4. Add crushed pineapple to the lime jello mixture and set aside.
  5. Mix cream cheese, whipping cream, and salad dressing; whip together until smooth.
  6. Add the whipped mixture to the cooled lime jello mixture.
  7. Pour the combined mixture into a shallow pan to set.
  8. When set, dissolve orange jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  9. Cool the orange jello and then pour over the first layer.
