Ingredients

  • 1 pint frozen corn, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs thoroughly; add milk.
  2. Mix sugar and flour together; add to egg mixture, beating well.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, and melted butter.
  4. Stir in cooked and drained corn.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and stir once; continue baking until set and lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
