Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. turkey breast
  • 2 lb. seedless grapes
  • 3 to 4 cans water chestnuts
  • 2 c. celery, sliced
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp. curry powder (optional)
  • Pineapple chunks for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey breast and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the turkey, grapes, drained water chestnuts, and sliced celery in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and curry powder if using.
  4. Add the dressing to the turkey mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Garnish with pineapple chunks before serving.
