Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 package pie crust mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Tomato wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch glass pie plate.
  3. Combine shredded cheese, chopped cooked chicken or turkey, thawed and drained chopped broccoli, and chopped onion in the prepared pie plate.
  4. In a blender, combine milk, pie crust mix, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the pie plate.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with tomato wedges.
