Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup mixed red and green peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (hot)
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 package Hi-Energy Cream of Mushroom Soup Supplement

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until tender.
  2. Cut the steamed cauliflower into small pieces and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower pieces, green onions, mixed peppers, Mrs. Dash (hot), canola oil, and vinegar.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Hi-Energy Cream of Mushroom Soup Supplement with the liquid from the steamed cauliflower to make 1 cup.
