- Fry the bacon until crisp, then brown the hamburger in the bacon fat and drain excess fat.
- Add chopped green pepper and onion to the meat and cook until tender.
- Cook and drain the spaghetti.
- Add creamed corn and garlic salt to the spaghetti and mix well.
- Pour the tomato soup and tomato sauce over the spaghetti mixture and stir to combine.
- Layer half of the grated Cheddar cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture over the cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
