Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 (9 oz.) package spaghetti
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • garlic salt
  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until crisp, then brown the hamburger in the bacon fat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped green pepper and onion to the meat and cook until tender.
  3. Cook and drain the spaghetti.
  4. Add creamed corn and garlic salt to the spaghetti and mix well.
  5. Pour the tomato soup and tomato sauce over the spaghetti mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Layer half of the grated Cheddar cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  7. Pour the spaghetti mixture over the cheese layer.
  8. Top with the remaining grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
