Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 cup farina
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound Ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the farina and stir well until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Add Ricotta cheese and beaten eggs, stirring until smooth.
  5. Grease a small roasting pan or 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until set and golden.
