Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Press water from the can of tuna and flake it into small pieces in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions.
  3. Saute the chopped onion in olive oil until light brown.
  4. Add the tuna and cream of chicken soup to the onion, and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni and cheese to the tuna mixture.
  6. Stir well, heat through, and serve.
