Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble, reserving drippings.
  2. Set bacon aside.
  3. Saute onion, green pepper, catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a greased 1-quart casserole.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
