Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices soft bread
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with chopped onion and seasonings.
  2. Crumble the bread slices and soak them in warm milk.
  3. Add eggs to the soaked bread mixture.
  4. Combine the meat mixture with the egg and bread mixture.
