Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen spinach
  • 4 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup skim milk Ricotta
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fettucine noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except noodles.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Cook fettucine according to package directions.
  4. Drain and put on a warm plate.
  5. Toss the cooked fettucine with the blended sauce.
