Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 c. cream
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • fettucine noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine minced garlic and olive oil in a pan.
  2. Cream the butter and add it to the garlic and olive oil mixture.
  3. Mix egg yolks with cream and add to the butter mixture.
  4. Boil fettucine noodles until al dente, then drain well.
  5. Add the cooked fettucine to the sauce mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
