Creamy fettucini with crispy bacon, Parmesan, and fresh parsley offers rich flavors perfect for comforting dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. bacon
  • 12 oz. pkg. fettucini
  • 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; drain and crumble.
  2. Cook fettucini using package directions.
  3. Drain and place in large serving bowl.
  4. Add bacon, softened margarine, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, slightly beaten eggs, and snipped parsley; toss fettucini until coated.
  5. Serve immediately.
