Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.
- Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Lay strips of flour tortillas over the sauce to cover it.
- Sprinkle browned hamburger over the tortillas.
- Combine ricotta or cottage cheese with Parmesan cheese and egg, then spread over the meat.
- Repeat the layers of sauce, tortillas, meat, and cheese until all ingredients are used.
- Top the final layer with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
