Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown together the hamburger, sausage, chopped onion, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix together the tomato paste, basil, oregano, pepper, parsley, and salt.
  3. Pour the tomato mixture over the cooked meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over cooked lasagne noodles, roll them up, and serve.
