Field'S Type Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 2 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Roll into golf ball size balls and flatten slightly.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until light brown.
