Instructions
- Make potatoes as directed on package; sift dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, molasses and mashed potatoes. Mix together fruits, nuts and oats and add alternately with dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
