Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese or Farmer cheese
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Cut butter and cheese into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Roll out dough to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into circles.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of filling on each circle, fold over, and crimp edges to seal.
  4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
