Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 pieces celery
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 hamburger or hot dog rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Fry the onions and celery until soft.
  3. Add bread slices and brown them with the vegetables.
  4. Mix the eggs into the mashed potatoes.
  5. Add the bread mixture to the mashed potatoes and combine.
  6. Use to stuff fowl or put in a pan and roast.
  7. Roast the stuffing for about an hour at 350°F.
