Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) grouper or halibut fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • paprika
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place fish fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Pour melted butter and lemon juice over fish.
  3. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, garlic salt, chopped parsley, and paprika evenly over fish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onion and lemon wedges if desired.
