Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans tiny shrimp, drained
  • 1/4 cup shrimp liquid
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Knox gelatin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • garlic powder
  • tarragon
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Heat the tomato soup and cream cheese together until blended.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup of the drained shrimp liquid with the Knox gelatin to dissolve.
  3. Mix all ingredients, including the gelatin mixture, into the soup and cream cheese blend.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
  5. Refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
  6. Can be frozen for later use.
  7. Unmold the gelatin mold onto a serving plate.
  8. Serve with crackers.
