Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
  • sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Soften the gelatin in hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. Oil a mold and chill it to prepare for assembly.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, tuna, chopped eggs, diced celery, and chopped onions together.
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture into the prepared mold and chill until set.
  5. Unmold onto a serving platter and garnish with sliced olives for eyes.
