Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup 40% bran cereal
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
