Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream filled chocolate cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 (3.4 oz. each) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 c. cold milk

Instructions

  1. Line the inside of an 8 x 10-inch flowerpot with plastic wrap or parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually add confectioners sugar and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mixes with cold milk according to package instructions and let set.
  5. Crush the cream-filled chocolate cookies into small crumbs.
  6. Layer the bottom of the flowerpot with a portion of the cookie crumbs.
  7. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crumbs.
  8. Add a layer of vanilla pudding on top of the cream cheese layer.
  9. Repeat the layers as desired, ending with cookie crumbs on top to resemble soil.
  10. Optional: Decorate the top with additional cookie crumbs or edible flowers.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
