Ingredients

  • 1-inch beef cubes
  • 1 small ripe tomato
  • green pepper rings
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 potato
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the beef cubes for one serving on a large piece of foil.
  2. Add the tomato, green pepper rings, sliced carrot, sliced onion, and quartered potato on top of the beef.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
  4. Add a pat of butter on top.
  5. Seal the foil tightly with a double layer to prevent leaks.
  6. Cook on hot coals for 45 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
