Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • buttermilk to moisten

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Use enough buttermilk to mix ingredients.
  3. Bake as cornbread.
