Ingredients

  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 10 oz. can tomato soup
  • 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked in salted water
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut in chunks

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté green pepper, onion, and garlic with ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add drained corn, tomato soup, and cooked egg noodles to the skillet.
  3. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cream cheese chunks and stir until melted and well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and heated through.
