French Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni ⓘ
- 2 tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 1 green onions or 1 small sweet onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 green peppers or 1/2 red pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, peeled and seeded ⓘ
- Dressing ⓘ
- 2/3 cup white sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 cup oil ⓘ
- 1/3 cup ketchup ⓘ
- 1/4 cup vinegar ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon paprika ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Mix macaroni and vegetables.
- Mix dressing and pour over salad.
- Refrigerate a day ahead if possible, stir and serve.
