French Toast Souffle
A rich, comforting French toast souffle featuring creamy custard soaked bread, perfect for gatherings or weekend indulgence with caramel notes and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Instructions
- Place cubed bread in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
- Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth; add eggs, one at a time.
- Add milk, half and half, vanilla, and 1/2 cup syrup until smooth.
- Pour mixture over cubed bread; refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove bread mixture from refrigerator.
- Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Uncover and bake at 375°F for 50 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with 3/4 cup syrup.
