- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat margarine and olive oil together on medium heat.
- Lightly saut garlic, shallots and scallions for 2 minutes. Add peas, fresh chopped basil and sage and saut for 4 minutes. Add hot broth and simmer; when pasta is done, drain and mix into sauce.
- Blend well and serve.
- Serves 6.
