- In blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spoon into medium bowl; stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.
- Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve as a dip with crackers.
