Fresh Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. grated apple
  • 2 Tbsp. seedless raisins, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spoon into medium bowl; stir in apple, raisins and walnuts.
  3. Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
  4. Serve as a dip with crackers.
