A refreshing berry cooler featuring fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries blended with apple juice and topped with chilled carbonated water, perfect for hot days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 c. fresh blueberries
  • 2 1/4 c. frozen apple juice
  • 5 c. carbonated water, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine one-third of the berries and 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate in a blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large pitcher and slowly stir in 1 2/3 cups of chilled carbonated water.
  4. Repeat the blending and stirring process two more times with the remaining ingredients.
