Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh corn cut from cob
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh corn, flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter in a mixing bowl in the order listed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with water to create a water bath.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until set and golden.
