Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar cookie mix
  • 8 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • fresh bananas
  • strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar cookie mix according to the package directions, omitting water.
  2. Press the cookie dough into a pizza pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden, about 15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar; beat with a mixer until well blended.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the warm crust.
  6. Cut up the fresh fruit—bananas, strawberries, grapes, and apples—and arrange decoratively on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Pour the glaze over the arranged fruit to finish.
