Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  2. Heat tomato soup to boiling point and add softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix well; stir in chopped shrimp, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
  4. Pour mixture into a 4-cup mold, preferably fish-shaped.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving with crackers.
